About Erica
I’m Erica Salazar, Co-Team Lead of Texas Elite Real Estate Group and Co-Managing Partner for 1st Choice South LLC, and a proud Latina called to serve and lead with purpose. I serve on theHarlandale ISD School Board, and education remains a core part of how I pour into my community.
I’m passionate about educating buyers, sellers, and investors, helping families break generational curses and overcome limiting mindsets about homeownership and wealth. In 2024, my faith journey deepened, transforming my life and strengthening my commitment to lead with integrity, compassion, and obedience to God’s purpose.
I’m also a proud single mother to my daughter, Hailey Mackey, a nursing graduate of The University of Texas Health Science Center. Watching her walk boldly into her calling inspires me daily, and I can’t wait to see her take on the world, grounded in faith and purpose.
