Because of his knowledge, patience, and confidence in the San Antonio housing market, my first home purchase went exceptionally smooth. With his assistance I was also able to stay within my budget (not easy these days) as well as find AND close on my home within 60 days when my move date was very suddenly and unexpectedly moved up. I was nervous about the whole process, especially with having to do it so quickly and suddenly in an area I was still very new to, but he was great about reassuring me, staying in communication and keeping me well informed during the whole process.
